hi all, i was wondering if steel its a better material for armors/weapons comparated with iron..

i tryed to make the same kind of weapon (claymore sword) 1 on iron
the other steel and apparently it doesnt change nothing. durability is the same (200.000 with 100 quality both). i didnt tested the damage yet.

have anyone of you made some further test reguarding steel armors/weapons? i wish to know more about steel.

Steel only gives a higher base quality, but with Iron and a Blacksmith Shop you can easily get Quality 100 equipment anyway, so there's no reason to make Steel for equipment that can also be made with Iron.

Quality appears to be a percentual increase in damage/protection for weapons/armour. A level 100 sword will do twice as much base damage as a level 0 sword.

Meanwhile how much is the reduction?
