Same problem, game is not optimized... I have to turn trees down to play decently.

Turn Trees down, they are the cause

Turn tree distance down, that's the hardest thing. I can run everything else max with little issue. Other than that you can edit the config to drop the overall render distance, at default it's at 10,000, you can only see about 1,500 in the game.

I found how to do ..
The games do not suporte the "sli"
I disabled a "GPU" in the nvidia panel and the game is super fluid with 100% all options.

I hope the game will quickly be optimized!
