Did you submitted ticket?And dont forget there is ton problems in the game and i cant still load to game and even cant taste to gameplay lol

No, it was a saved PW issue between steam and chrome, using another browser i was able to go ahead and get token. During loading into the mainland though, the game crashed. Now when i load, it says it cannot find my character >.<
