There seems to be no servers set up for Maxed out/ high rate gameplay and I am looking for players who would be interested in helping start one up.

This server is meant for players who don't have time to grind away hours/days of their live on repeating tasks, and just want to have fun/roleplay.

There is still a grind... but you can max out 2-3 skill sets a day easy.
