Really hoping for some help, I'm at the end of my rope here. I LOVE this game, and I always look forward to having the time to be able to play. My problem is that every single time I try to log in, I get a Mutex Deadlock error. I'm not exaggerating when I say every time. I've been through the forums here, as well as other web searches, and I've tried all the tips. There's even been days where it's taken me over 6 hours to log in. I've rebooted my PC, I've deleted the Prefs.cs file, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game more times than I can count, I've repaired multiple times per day, and I've tried both launchers (I usually play through Steam, but I've tried the site launcher too). Nothing will work for more than one log in/play session, and now I've been unable to get in for almost 72 hours. Sometimes the game will load anyway after the Mutex window pops up, and I can still "play" with it in the background, but I'm constantly sinking into the terrain and unable to see anything that's raised, so I'm always stuck on things I can't even see. Anyone have any other tips? My drivers are all up to date, and my computer exceeds the minimum requirements to run the game. I have the same issue, but it's intermittent. At one point I couldn't log in for a few weeks. But, usually I am able to get in eventually. Sometime I have to play with the error happening, sinking into the terrain, just to maintain my claim.
But, and this is important, my PC is below the minimum specs. Is yours? If not, reach out to support. If your PC is below minimum specs, you can give it a shot, but the devs shouldn't be expected to fix this issue for your particular specs.

If your PC meets the minimum system requirements and the problem persists, try lowering all graphic settings to minimum.
