I see there is no cost now. I am paranoid that it will suddenly start and I will not feed it in time. Is there a specific time it will start costing again? Always free? I can't find anything about this.

If you see no cost, then it probably means you have a premium subscription active. While it is active, the stock won't be used to sustain the personal claim.

You can have up to 150 tiles with Premium Subscription.
