became this blind man simulator which also decreases FPS:


"Barkboxing" (one of key game features) was removed just because PvE majority voted so, and I am sure much more people hate fog. Can we please have vote about this?

First step - remove this awful fog for everyone, second step - make it customizable for those who somehow enjoy it.

I agree the fog as it is currently is ruining the effect, however, i'm willing to concede that it also has alot to do with the fact that there are some of us playing this game on what are commonly referred to as "potatoes" pcs and laptops built for some other purpose than gaming, and we run the game on super low settings to avoid lagging like no there's no tomorrow. I would challenge someone with a decent, if not good graphics card and some decent ram to post a picture of a foggy day, and night if possible, and let's see the difference please.

Agreed with Greenfire, fog has to be removed especially since we know that there's a lot of people which are able to remove it with "not so fair" ways (to not say cheating, they basically edit/replace game files after all).

Just by quickly scrolling the media channel of the official lif discord you can find many videos without fog and the list could go on and on.

This is people actually recording their game so we have a proof, now just imagine the amount of people which are able to play without fog and thus having a massive advantage over "normal" players which for example may struggle to see at night with fog or spot players at a far distance.

I know the fog is there for a reason which Bobik has already stated in the past, but this is really getting ridiculous.

The fact that people are allowed to play without fog when there is no "ingame" way to remove it is embarassing for Bitbox.
They literally ban people for trashtalk in local chat, spam in ingame chat or for hitting through doors/walls but not for editing/replacing game files, how shameful is that?

They either need to fix this asap or have it so you can choose between having or not having fog with an ingame option in the video settings because "the way to remove it" will spread soon as it happened with the "night hack" back then.

Just compare these 2 videos, same situation,same place at the same time, 1 video with fog another 1 without, the difference in vision is ridiculous, especially during nighttime.

Fog sometimes? It is good to have that as a weather option. The level of fog ALL the time is just way too high.
