I playing the mmo but i cant navigate my location because map loading never end. Why????????????????

I playing at eu Skjultland but at the newbie island i faced same problem, not only my map but also store page is dont work. Just loading...

Try disabling antivirus/firewall and restart the game.

I am also facing a map bug, today in the morning everything was fine, now i can´t see anything more than the simple map with al its different landscapes but it doesn´t have a visible grid, no icons to choose from nor a symbol where my character is at.
I already restarted, used the repair function, restarted again, but no effect so far...
Any clues how to solve that?

Having the same issue as the above poster. Map is blank, no grid, no location marker, no buttons for claims, trading posts etc. Tried relogging, restarting, repairing etc.

Same thing on skjultland. On Avalon its fine. All buttons except +/- disappeared. No tracking also.

EU maps are currently bugged. We are working on fixing this issue.

i cant do anything in the game because the map doesnt loads and its buggy plus i cant see myself on it im just running forward 2 hours and have no idea where i am...........

Aye. There are several issues with the dashboard that we're working on fixing. It's more complex than it may seem.
