the 3 minute timer, from when you get of a horse cart, drop something carried, is fine, with one little exemption, guild members should be allowed to use it immediately instead of forcing them to wait 3 minutes as well, specially if your doing manual labor together, like moving alot of dirt around, or mining 2-3 people with one cart.

please make it accessible for guild members even though there is a timer.

Or better. Give a option to release your claim on the cart so its accessible to everybody
