Damage is not factored by your strength or agility... well not primarily.
The quality of the arrow has the greatest effect on damage. Range is determined by the strength of the user, bow type and quality. Accuracy is based on bow type, agility of the user, and quality of bow.
And what are you shooting with your longbow, what arrow are you using, what quality arrow, and what is your target wearing for protection.
Because with a composite shortbow I can hit a naked man for 50-60 damage with a 77ql arrow to the chest. With a broadhead the damage goes up to about 70-80.
But if you are shooting at a man in half plate, or chainmail or scale (lamellar) you want to use Bodkins, and regular or broadheads for everyone else.
Don't build what you can't defend- Rule number 1.
