Hello everyone,
I have a question about the effect of skill points in any combat tree: Does it mean that the higher the skillpoints in a combat skill (let's say Swordsman) the more damage you do? Is the level on the combat skill directly related to the damage you can inflict or the only thing that matters are the "checkpoints" at 30, 60, 90, 100 to get the benefits of what you can do at each of the levels?
If it works like craft skillpoints, the higher the number, the better you hit. For the crafting it's very clear; it's stated at 0 points that the higher you go the better Q you can achieve. Is it the same with combat?
Put in other words, can a 60 Swordsman inflict the same damage as a 90 Swordsman given they wear the same equipment? Is the only difference between them the benefits that you get at 90 (sprint while blocking, Thousand Cuts! combo, special attack after drawing)?
Can a 60 Archer aim, fire and deal the same damage as a 90 with the same bow and arrow and same armor?
Thank you!
