What are the mechanics of Ostracism?

the guild status is set to derelicted. and our tabards are diseased with an ugly spider web, diagonal white lines. what have we done to cause this and how can we fix it ?

NA Worlds will be brought back up soon.

With this update we have brought back the ability to use guest code to transfer your characters directly to guilds' settlements.
The other fix concerns mainly NA worlds with Derelict status appearing on Buyan (Red World). This should no longer be the case.
