After the patch today my characters list is empty They were not in any transfer or anything, logged both out at their base camp 10 min before the servers went down

Had 2 characters on EU EPLELAND - both gone Also, can't access EU dashboard page, getting a DB unavailable error.

Opened a support ticket - hope they'll move fast as basically at this point cannot play the game ... anyone else experiencing similar issues or have any useful advice ?

Myself and a friend have the same issue, Guess the server is down, It would be nice if they would share an ETA, just nothing anywhere about downtime.

Yea I am having the same issue, and yes it would be nice if there was some information given to keep us informed

A half day lost and no more information. The game was working before the patch without important bug.
What are you doing ?

Is working again. Got my characters back and able to log in
