Need help

About 4 days ago my hunter got stuck in server 41, have not been able to log onto him since, the game hangs in loading, get the play option but then hangs loading. Submitted a ticket 2 days ago, no answer as yet. Have tried many many times to login with him, tried repairing etc with no result. Main character is in server 32 and having the same issue with him from today.

Die Jungs haben viel zu tuen das die neue Map on kommt ,warte evtl wie 99% auf die neue Map :ÜP
