Life is Feudal already has some wellness aspects in game already. If you become wounded in battle sometimes you break an arm and can not swing your weapon. While crafting your character can get hit with a branch or hit with the pick axe or falling rock. A character can lose his footing and fall hurting himself while crafting. Falling a long distance your character can become wounded or die. These are all effects your character can already experience in game. You can see the effects of becoming wounded in game on the effects window on the screen with a little diamond. If you are checking system messages it will give you a message that often time is puzzling when read it. If your character is alone for long enough he will scream and the system message talks about wishing you could go back home.
I do like the idea of adding more wellness content, like if you don't bath for a long time maybe you get sick. If you get wet in the water and rain you need to warm up by a fire or you become hypothermic. Or if your character is out in the snow for to long. This would open up more game play for people playing healers. Say a character falls and breaks a leg then he would be to go to the healer to get it mended. Or the player could just wait out the timer with a reduced movement effect and let the timer ticked down.
