Everyone here should not only try to answer questions on the forum, but go out of our way to help people IN-GAME as well, particularly at the beginning to be extra helpful. We want to jumpstart the kind of community that people will want to keep returning to. If you treat others with respect and generosity, they'll pass it along. That's my experience.

Yeah I always try to help others in the #help/#testers channel. And I think im doing good work so far
If I don´t know the answer I ask one of my mates from this area e.g. I think im a pretty decent herbalist with good knowledge but i don´t know **** about smelting, forging etc. so I ask our blacksmith or our breeder etc.

Man, that whole YO part has made people confused. I'm spending quite some time explaining to people that the MMO is still being made since some think it was too much for the devs so they decided on doing the smaller version instead.

From a marketing standpoint this idea was really not the best one... People don't get that it's two games.

Yes, this should be made clearer to people at the very top of the description; that it is the PRECURSOR to the MMO.
