Having a few Connectivity issues(pls help :P )

Post by VelrikEros » 27 Sep 2014, 23:36

Hey guys,

I'm a newcomer here, just bought the game late last night. I was able to play on my own server all night and then today I kept getting a message saying that my worlds couldn't be found and I couldn't rejoin nor make new worlds. So I tried going on some online worlds and could only play for like 10-20 minutes before getting a connection lost error. Is there a setting that I am missing or something? I have my graphics purposefully turned down, trying to avoid this but it still happens. I am running on 8 GB of DDR3 ram with a 3.2 8 core processor. All other video settings are set to default and I don't have the issue playing other games. Any pointers that could lead a newcomer in the right direction? Any help would be awesome!

I checked around and found that some other people are having similar issues with the "cant access local server" problem and one thread suggested deleting a folder called "daemon" which is under steam-steamapps-common-Life is Feudal... but i'm not so sure going and deleting random files without a confirmation is any good, anyone have any ideas? I don't care which issue I can fix as long as I can play it :D I'm just said I can't play online or on my own local world-pls halp!

EVERYONE else, not just anyone else, has your issues. They are server side issues (memory leaks that fill the memory and cause the server to crash at 4GB). Have you not asked in global? O.o
