Hello everyone. I got a doubt that i would love have answered. I haven't bought the game YET. I want to know something before.

If i buy the 40bucks steam edition. Should i be able to play the mmorpg sandbox game then? Or do i have to pay again?

This question was arised because in the forums i read that there 2 islands. The newbie island and the real world island. And i can have all the characters i want on the newbie island. But i have to pay 20 euros to move my character to the real world island and 10 more bucks for each other character i want to add. Is that right? Because, what's the point of paying 40 bucks if i have to pay again?

If you buy in to LIF: YO now you will get enough in game currency when the MMO comes out to purchase 1 permanent character slot, plus you will retain your YO ownership.

If you buy LiF:YO you will receive currency for MMO to purchase ticket for transfering one character to main continent.

The point is, these are two separate games, if you want to play with friends on small server or screw around with GM tools, you play LiF:YO, if you want to play on massive world with thousands of players, you play MMO.

So you are saying that i can buy the ticket with in-game currency? Or you are saying that i have to pay again? Sorry for repeating. I just want to be sure. Hope you understand and thanks for your fast reply sir.

Other question. How would i be able to store my in.game currency? I just play the game? What happens if other players get into my house and steal my currency?

You will not have to pay again, you will basically get a $20 dollar credit (or whatever) on your account when the MMO is released with which you can buy a slot in the MMO. You will not have to pay a second time for your main charecter. Any additional slots you'll have to pay for.

Arrakis can probably confirm, but I don't believe that currency will be an in game commodity, it'll be account side, so you won't need to worry about it being stolen in game.

There will be an in game currency, but it will not be used for charecter slots or capital city rent payments.
