When are those are going to be enabled?
I think I've seen Bobik killing someone lying on the ground with a killing blow. Currently, it is impossible to kill knocked out people ( they don't take any damage )

Not true, I have killed people that were knocked out. I have a tombstone out front of our sacred willow tree to prove it. I have also killed people who were still on their feet sand fighting, no knock out or anything just a good stab to the throat and the scream and fell over dead.

Well, when I hit those who are knocked down they dont receive any damage but my weapon skill increases
