I'm not really sure how the corpses are placed and saved on the map. I've only found some database entries in the movable_objects table. But if I delete single entities with the moose corpse ID, the corpses are still existing on the map, but not skinnable anymore.
Now I'm still looking for a quick way to get rid of all corpses and I thought that maybe someone has already discovered a way to delete all corpses at once?

I agree. I have trouble getting rid of corpses, too. I found that a wood chipper does... oh wait. Are we talking in game or IRL?
