Could someone please elaborate on what the difference between these two titles are? Are both games released? What is the difference?

MMO is not released and wont be for some time, the YO version exists to fund and help create the MMO version. The MMO will have a small free to play section, you will have to pay to move your character from the F2P section to the main area, anyone who buys YO will get 1 free character move in the MMO, essentially giving them access to the MMO for free, on one character.
