I am currently Very confused as how to make my own server, i have a BEAST of a computer and i can run it on my machine while playing it, ( Yes that is how beastly it is ) But i need to know how, The Read Me file in the Downloadable Dedicated Server on Steam does not go into detail on how to do this, So i need help from the community, And once i get it working right with all your help i will make an Official post on how to do this properly since the Game Makers have not given us this information. Thank you in advance.

I have checked many tutorials and used at least one from youtube:

It explains every step you have to do and is pretty easy to understand as the author is doing the steps while explaining.
