Mending Fractures

Can you mend your own fractures or does someone else need to do it for you?

Pretty sure healers can't heal themselves. At least not atm. This might be changed in later patches. I guess it would be too easy to level healing otherwise. Just keep getting hit by wolves and whatnot, then just heal yourself.
