I'm really disappointed here.
First its like "Mwahhhh
'(, we dont get any INFO"
then you got some and your already arguing about SUEING them?

I'm waitin for the mmo as eagerly as everyone else here, but it IS an unfinihshed produkt, and humans working on it.
So basically said: shit can happen.
They might need longer, they might not be able to finish at all for whatever reasons.
We supportet them of our own free will and im pretty sure they give their best.
So if you support an alpha and after 2(3or 4 weeks) you start talking about the possibilty of a sueing, somethin is wrong with you guys.
Its annoying and its a kick in the nuts for the devs if ya ask me.
The game, i think they even stated it once or twice, is not to make money, its because they wanted to fullfill a "dream" of them.
Thats why they starting team came to be.
Do you think bobik will stop, just cos he got money?
They didnt even thought it will be this kind of successful already in alpha stage.
DayZ, Rust etc, all that mainstream stuff is primarily to make bucks yes.
This is the fullfillment of a "personal need" of somethin they dreamt up. OF course, they would like to make some money out of it, becoming a fullfledged studio etc, but that was not the reason they startet this.
And i think, these things hold true till now, until some idiotic lawyers come around and try to sue them, or simply demotivate them, by argueing the possiblity of it.
I mean guys, come on.
You spend your own bucks to dev somethin, got somethin to show and offer it, clearly stated as an alpha and WIP.
Then it sells good and 3 weeks later or so, ppl start to argue about SUEING?!
If you want them to keep the work up, give feedback, what is there to fix and stuff, dont indirectly threaten with sueing.
What you are dong here, is in my opinion the best way to get high motivated indi dev team, to the stage of "money is everything".
I know it's different in the Internet, because ppl dont realize there are actually REAL people in here, on the other side of the screen. Too easy to hide behind screens and forget what impact such words might have.
