In wich log or database this commands are logged ? Is it possible to see which char used gm commands sice last patch ?

There is no such logging so far. It is possible somehow to see GM commands use in a server console (and server log), but there will be no info who used it anyway.

It would be generally nice to have a separate GM log for the game.
