Is there a way to get back to the server list instead of having to close and reopen the game?

From loading screen, no.
When in game, no.

It has beed requested before, and the answer was that it is not an easy thing to implement.
It will hopefully be looked into once the game is more stable.
But trying to implement it now will just cause more harm than good.
