What does that mean? I was doing some gathering of wild plants and it kept popping up. My farming is at 100. Is that the luck bonus thing? Is it actually giving me better procs or something?

It means you completed that action at a faster rate than normal. Not sure if there is an actual increase in the speed of the action though in all honesty.
It does not matter who is the strongest fighter, just the last one standing.
