Hello, try to install Directx _CommonRedist from the directory in the game folder and install the latest drivers for your video card, if this does not work, use this method https://steamcommunity.com/app/242760/d ... 5910093920
If this does not work, download Swiftshader 3.0 demo from the official site and copy the file d3d9.dll in the game directory.
Write the model of your video card and the amount of RAM
