Hmmm..............a wee bit lean on info here, but I will guess that what your referring to might have something to do with the update this morning?
Are you playing on a server that might need GM to update ( like the one I'm on)? I have to wait until this evening for our server to be updated, unfortunately.
Other people with more ability to help you than I do might reply if you add some more information/details about the problem.
