Since I bought this game, did I also buy the MMO version of this game? or do I need to order the MMO version when this comes out?

What you bought is an early access to the game and the possiblility to create your own server. I've heard that maybe the YO buyers will have a credit to get one caracter in the MMO without paying but that will have to be confirmed later on...

Will the YourOwn access still be available after the launch of the MMO, are we still be able to make our own servers after the actual game is released?

Naturally! Why would it not be? LiF:YO is not a demo, it's a full title, a separate game.
