New player choosing a server

Post by Cseymour24 » 10 Feb 2015, 03:31

Just finished downloading the game, saw several different types of servers. They had different features and skill caps/multipliers/etc.

My question is: Which should I choose if I want the closest experience to the original design? If different, which should I choose if I want it to be the closest to the upcoming MMO?

Hopefully this is something any player can answer and I don't have to hope for a dev response.

Thanks!

It's hard to say... most server uses mods and have upped the multipliers to help players experience the game faster. Most active servers has to get wiped every couple of weeks due to database corruption.

You wil really have to browse around and check for lower multipliers for skills and other categories. There are official servers : but those are always empty for some reasons...

I suggest to go for a high population server and don't bother too much about the original design, the real MMO is still far ahead and you will have the chance to experience it when the time comes...

Cheers!

Our server doesnt get wiped, we also back up daily just incase, we run a script each morning to keep the server clean as also as fast as possible, they only issue is load times at the moment as the server is very well built on, average player load times are between 5 - 15 mins depending on the pc set up the player is using.

Try us out, server name

[UK] Forlorn Hope PVP/RP (destump-10-15min load)
