Make it quick I followed a guide setting up the server using HeidiSQL.

In Query tab I copied and pasted the text from Life is Feudal Your Own Dedicated Server\new.SQL and sent batch in one go.

Now, do I need the patch.SQL too? if so Do I copy the text from new.SQL and add the text from patch.SQL at the bottom and then send batch or do I enter the patch.SQL text into a empty Query window and send batch? or do I have another database for Patch.SQL?

Send the content of Patch.sql in a separated Query. But I don't think you need to do it if there was not update after you used the first file.
