There is any problem that i may face playing in modded servers? Ban from steam/LiF or something like that?

No. It tracks the steam ID both on the server you play on and steam account. I cant speak for a pirated copy of the game though sadly.

Im playing on a modded server right now and its the best one Ive played on. Claims only secure buldings with doors and gates and armor actually helps. Its alot of fun, like the good olds days
