Here is a quick list of observations (some already stated in the past) that I found to be interesting from the AMA. It doesn't include everything, but it includes most. For the full context of question and answer, check here:

- There may be the ability to freely raid and steal from any clan you are at war with, or there may be a window of opportunity (e.g. judgement hour) -like system in the MMO to restrict raids/looting on other clans territory to specific times.
- Kingdoms (clans) will get their own unique currency.
- Players will trade clans currency to the clan in return for items.
- Horses heal over time.
- Horse Combat will be like Mount and Blade, with some tweaks like being able to be knocked off horses and having to steady your lance.
- There will be instanced arranged PvP between clans, in open fields without buildings, to "battle" them to decrease their realm size.
- Losing a battle will decrease your monument in level.
- At level 1, the monument can be sieged.
- Fall damage will be implemented.
- Siege ladders are likely to be implemented, and there *may* be other siege weaponry over time.
- Trading carts with horses to pull them.
- Unarmed fighting being worked on right now.
- Ships as a primary form of transportation (so good it will be worthwhile to canal boat pathways by making man-made rivers) and naval battles are a high priority post-release.
- If Bobik ever became His Royal Highness, King Bobik, he would jizz in his pants.
