Hey !
Just a simple question..
let me explain something
:I have created a thread on the suggestions page, which is called "Remove the skill tree", which can be found here
: http://lifeisfeudal.com/Discussions/que ... skill-treeBasically, the idea is to remove the logic of 'skill lines', so anyone can increase any skills at any time, as long as there is the needed ressources available, and of course, the thread also contains a few ideas, more exactly tweaks the game would then need in order to keep it balanced (for example, lower the skill cap, as to not allow players to do too much things at once, since no skillpoints would be spent on skills just to unlock others).
This idea, I think, would make the game (especially the early game), a lot more enjoyable, and would bring more player interaction, and that is why I didn't fear posting it.
Now, it has racked up over 50 votes, which places it amongst the most voted features. But it is very strongly game changing, it goes against one of the huge logics of this game. Yet, it would be really easy to implements
: Myself knows how to do it, just as a modder !
So, here is my question ; let's consider that this is the most voted features of all, would you still bow down to what the players want and implement it, even if it changes stuff so much ? I started replying often to people critizicing / praising the idea, and I'm getting a lot of votes, so that scenario could really happen. But I need to know now if the time I spend doing that, and explaining the idea to other players (of my guild for example) is worth it.
Sorry for the wall'o text
