Make sure you use dropbox version of the script.
If you don't have constant "CharacterParameters::SavePlayer() - invalid player_id" spam at your log after applying the fix, the solution is working. On the other hand, you may always disable the fix and run your server as is.
Server console title number is just a number, you can set it to any value/text, while steam server browser is the correct and actual info.
