It is not a game idea but a forum organisation suggestion.
I'd like to suggest to limit number of rows in user's signature and size of banners. It is nearly a physical pain when you scroll down 300-400pix high images just to read a single line of text in a post. The post becomes 10 times higher than the text it contains.
