The SECOND run of Closed Beta Tests (Wave#1) has started!

Life is Feudal: MMO


Hey everyone,

We are really excited to let you all know that today, on February 20th, the second Closed Beta Test of Life Is Feudal has started! Everyone who is eligible to participate in the beta tests must start their launchers and make sure to complete all the patching processes.

Check out the condensed patchnotes containing the most important changes and fixes below:

Patch notes (ver. 0.7.0.64 (MMO)):

New features and tweaks:
  • 64 bit is now supported by both the MMO client and MMO server. According to our LiF:YO players feedback, it significantly increased stability in LiF:YO - we expect the same to happen in Life is Feudal:MMO!
  • Completely redesigned combat skills tree. Make sure to open your skill book and spend some time familiarizing yourself with it
  • Weapons and armor parameters are tweaked according to the new combat skills tree
  • All types of damage can damage a movable object now
  • Implemented ‘chopping’ type of damage for different axe-type weapons. This type of damage is more effective against small, movable objects and shields than slashing, blunt or piercing damage
  • Power Strike effect now ignores parrying
  • Players that are hostile towards your guild and logged out within your city claim radius will be dropped outside of the city claim radius once Judgement hour commences
  • Implemented parallax effect on terrain textures
Bug fixes:
  • Multiple guilds’ management, guilds’ monuments, standings management and guilds’ claims related fixes. We hope that the overall guild-related experience should become more stable and convenient
  • Multiple combat mechanics-related bugfixes

Also, private claims and newbie islands functionality will be enabled for testing later this week.

Great! Can someone tell me why I am getting CR_INVALID_TOKEN error after launch of the program?

Solution for Invalid Token error - Log out from launcher and log back in.

mine is stuck in a download with 0.00/0.00 mb at 0 Kb/s it started as hitting start without anything happening; so i logged out now i dont get past this screen

Deletion of LIF:MMO is not solving a problem. Because then new launcher is not getting any updates and freeze on 0mb at 0Kb/s And now I even can't get to the game to see the Token error )))

Those who got downloading stuck on 0%, try this:

    - rename old_launcher.exe to old_launcher_1.exe
    - launch old_launcher_1.exe
    - when it finishes launch launcher.exe

And what would be the advice for those who removed LIF and trying to reinstall it and has no old_launcher.exe at all?

I have a worse issue i cant even find the game files on my C drive anymore???

ok finally fixed that issue the folders hid themselfs for some reason but got the patch yet still invalid token

Your fix to change your launcher name works then it starts downlaods and renames it back resulting into invalid token again

Your launcher is putting the game files into my windows folder etc your game is literly about to mess up my OS

No arrakis i ran that .bat update file and it took the game files out of the lif mmo folder and into my local folder, so now i have game file all over my app data folders

Yeah, it shouldn't be installed in the appdata folder in the first place. Reinstall the game into proper folder please.

Confirmwith addition that I've installed the game on Drive D:\LIFMMO\Life Is Feudal: MMO and after running of update.bat (from root game folder not the tmp folder) all game files moved to one level up, so now I have all the files in D:\LIFMMO and Life Is fuedal:MMO folder is empty.

yeah it is in the appdata local folder sorry, and yes although a reinstall is key how do i remove the old files? they are all over my appdata and now im left with 30gb of files on my hardrive i need to remove

So uninstall LIF then install, log in using the manual email/pw. ensure FW is off. seems to be updating
