Is there a showcase of every skin equiped on a character, would love to see how they look when someone wears them ingame instead of the picture we see in the shop atm.

You can preview the skins on the piece of armor you possess by double-clicking on the skin from the list.

Well looking at the skins, some weapons with a skin are smaller then the default, does this mean that it has a smaller range?

and if i buy a skin on the US server can i use it on the EU as wel?

Skins do not affect the mechanical aspect of the weapon in any way.

And yes, you should be able to use those skins on any world.
