I have purchased the game on steam and it won't let me download the game, instead I get this:Your purchase is still being processed - steam will notify you when it has been completed. Until then -this game is not available to play.

How long is this going to take?

Why can't I play now is this a common bug?

Can I get my moneys back?

I am pretty disappointed in the outcome.
