Somehow the teleporting key was number 7 key but when I went to use it.. It no longer there. Is teleporting still in game and how do I replace the tp key back in the skills bar?

I believe you mean pray, and you should look in your action book (normal key is L) look on the piety skill, for pray (black swirl with 4 red dots) then drag it to your bar again

Some servers have it disabled.
