free Premium is activated automatically without playing one second

For many reasons, gaming ist not possible, it is that the server is not running or not stable or there is a problem such as dispatcher ....

BUT
the free Premium has already been activated automatically ... why can not i start it myself? I was not even a single second in the game and have already consumed 2 days Premium
