War horse handling 100

Does anyone else have the issue that if you have war horse handling on 100 the training field needs like 3 minutes to open. Sorry for my bad english i hope you understand.

Yeah it's not only you, every time i go to train that war horse it takes like 3 mins like you said. Seems to be a new bug with training fields, and if im not mistaken it came with the last patch.
