You can't place that here, that container is too small

Post by Jackson » 29 May 2015, 22:00

Ok so in my public server I was messing around with the GM mode and spawned in 2 Coops. Well They are stuck in my inventory now even after trying to "drop" them on the ground. When I drag and drop or even click drop I get that error message: you can't place that here, that container is too small.

I tried going to a HUGE empty field and still no luck.

Please let me know if there is a fix without having to die.

ran my own server, abel to get treb in your inventory and u cant drop or delite it , even whit flattend ground becouse u cant deploy it, think its just something that can happen that the dev's (or anybody) dident think about.

go in gm mode, use add command , select something large useing the ID and it appears in inventory and your stuck there

Yep and I really wish they would do a real quick hot fix for us. There is no way getting rid of these now. Unless someone does it by experimenting and finds a fix that would ROCK!

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to comment. Hope we find a fix soon. Good day everyone.

Well I guess you could remove the items from the game using the database, but otherwise, if dying doesn't work..

I looked into the FTP and I couldn't find anything in any of the folders for that. It's weird because I can't even find a player list like I could in rust. In the players list folder I was able to add and or remove anything in that players list. It was great.

I am either missing it or is doesn't exist.

Please point me in the right direction because now since the update today, as I even click on the stupid COOP in my inventory bag, it locks up the entire computer and I must do a restart since nothing will exit the game nor get me back to desktop.

Thank you all in advance for your help.

Welp, guess no one still has no idea how to fix this. I was playing for 3 hours today and accidentally clicked on the Coop in my inventory and bam, had to restart my entire computer.....

Monument Sacrifices tab has the bigger container slot, try placing it inside.

I tried placing it in everything, dragging it from my inventory onto the ground, right clicking to get the drop item thing to come up. Nothing works. as soon as I click it, it locks everything.

I need to know if there was a way I could go into the ftp and find my items and delete it from there somehow.....
