Alternative methods to skill combat past 60

From a developer standpoint I understand them wanting us to go out and fight to gain skill past 60, but realistically this isn't what happens. We just get guildmates to punch us in the foot while wearing the appropriate armour.

My two suggestions are to allow training past 60 either via:

1) A new/higher tier dummy that has a higher construction cost to it (Maybe regional materials?)

2) Must be using real weaponry, practice weapons don't give skill past 60.

One or both of these would be welcomed.
