It would be nice if herbal preparations that raise skill (Bull's Strength, Iron Will, etc.) would get a buff.

They currently do too little to be useful as one would need too many in order to increase stats.

I'd suggest an increase to something around:

+0.02 (Quality 1)
+0.20 (Quality 100)

In this way, herbalists could make useful skill raising preparations.
