I tried recently reinstall the game, to see how it's going, but the installation process always crash about the middle, referring to the following error:

"...could not open file ...life is feudal mmo/platforms/qwindows.dll because it is used by another progress. Try later."

I have no idea what could been the problem, I even disabled the p2p setting.

Please try running launcher.exe asd admin. If that won't help, try also disabling antivirus/firewall for the duration of game installation. If that won't work either, contact us (Support team) on discord https://discord.gg/lifeisfeudal
