I've the same issue. Tried repairing - same message popped up before I could repair. Tried uninstalling - same message popped up when I hit install.
Currently completely uninstalled, restarted pc, and am re-downloading the launcher.
Still does not work.
Gunna remove all traces from my registry and try again.
