I have attempted to create a guild in the game, on the website, and with the console/chat box commands using the various guides and information available on the internet.

I keep experiencing an "Invalid request" error under >back to character, CREATE A GUILD headers.

System problems or am I doing something wrong? xD

I'll post if I find a fix or the issue solves itself. No hope in sight so far though much to the dismay of my crew.

Same problem for me.
Is it a temporary bug or are we doing something wrong ?

Will try that.
In the first post Akaobserver4 did say he had the same error with the ingame commands.

I will update if that works tonight.
