hi to all of you

my Problem is thet on a Server where i playt along time.
but since yesterday i cant conect if i have a carackter.
aslong as i have a carackter to use i cant make a new one (error1024) ore if i want to conect with the old one it dosnt work. I reinstalt the game and deletet the demon but it didn`t work. but if i delet the carakter and then make a new one it works fine aslong as i dont disconect.

Dose someon have the same Problem ore a answere?
